Armed Guards
All armed guards have valid and up to date permits to conceal weapons. We require a two year minimum work experience with a weapon and full knowledge of proper safety for these guards.
Unarmed Guards
Unarmed guards are great visual deterrents and are there to help secure your location.

About Our Team
Jason Kerberg
Jason joined the Marine Corps right after high school until he received an Honorable discharge in January 1999 and pursued a career in Law enforcement. He current works at the Sheriff’s Department and is part of the local SWAT Team.
Steven Kerberg
After high school, Steven pursued ministry. He went to Bible College and then came back to his home church where he became the Youth Pastor for several years. During this time he also became the worship leader and still does this today. Later in life, Steven went back to college and got his degree in education. He taught at a local private school for many years before pursuing Vigilance full-time. Steven’s ability to communicate with our clients and teach our staff makes him a huge asset to our team.
Jenn Kerberg
Jenn is currently the Administrator for Vigilance Security . After high school Jenn pursued family life before later going back to college and received her degree and Registered Nurse License. Through life’s many seasons, she ended up changing directions entirely to open her own small business, Trinity Executive Cleaning. Opening that company she has learned a great deal about daily operations and the back- end work needed to keep a small business running. She now helps do the behind-the-scenes work to keep Vigilance running. She and Mark are all in on the family business.
